At Rooted Touch, I believe that true healing begins with presence — being fully connected to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. When we slow down enough to truly feel, we create space for the body to restore, release, and reset. That’s the foundation of my work.

I don’t offer cookie-cutter massages. Every session is intentionally crafted to meet you where you are, whether you’re a busy professional carrying stress in your shoulders, an athlete recovering from intense movement, or a healing soul looking to feel safe and whole again.

With a grounded touch and a highly intuitive flow, I listen not just with my hands — but with my full attention. I tune into subtle cues from your body: breath patterns, tissue quality, nervous system responses — all of which guide the pace and pressure. Every stroke is purposeful, never rushed or robotic.

My training in anatomy and nervous system regulation informs my technique, but it’s my presence that makes the difference. Clients often describe feeling "met exactly where they are," leaving the table lighter, calmer, and more at ease in themselves.
